Surgery Details!
We'll stay in a hotel Wednesday night, September 8. I'll be checking into the hospital at 10 am on Thursday, September 9. The surgery will take place that day, I'll stay overnight, and hopefully be discharged the next day, on Friday! Dr. H recommends staying in the city for one more day just in case I need to get back to the hospital quickly, so we'll most likely fly back home on Saturday. This will be a VERY quick trip for such a life-changing event.

ReplyDeleteWe did pretty much the same thing...my surgery wasn't until late afternoon, so we didn't get discharged until later the next day. We stayed in a hotel that night and flew out the next day. Kind of a hard night and flight, just being out of surgery, but so worth it to be back home to recouperate!! I'll be praying about the cyst...I'm sure it's nothing at all! This is going to be the pregnancy for you...minus any curveballs at all!!
